AND ANALYSIS

Green City Security offers video reviews during monitoring hours and non-monitoring hours. Instead of having staff spend time going through archived video, Green City Security's monitors will search through hours of video footage to investigate any issues you have and send you the result via email. Often, our videos are shared with law enforcement to help them conduct criminal investigations and make arrests.

24/7 DISPATCH  CENTER 

Our 24/7 dispatch center will handle any reports of suspicious activity during monitoring and non monitoring hours. We create a detailed dispatch log and send it to our clients for their information. During monitoring hours, we address the issue right away. During non monitoring hours we direct the caller to the appropriate help lines.
