Green City Security Hiring Process – 10 Steps Apply online via the provided websites or job platforms. No walk-ins allowed. Application review takes 3-5 business days. Experience, references, and questionnaire answers are considered. Initial feedback is sent via email, phone, or text. Rejected candidates receive an email. Online interview (10-20 min) via Google Meet or Zoom if selected. Field interview at a client site to observe the job. Candidates text feedback. Offer letter is sent via email if the field interview is positive. Sign the offer letter to proceed. Training sessions are scheduled. Uniform fitting is arranged after training. Uniforms are company-paid. Onboarding documents are provided via text. Drug testing and background checks may apply. Final setup: Schedule sent via text/email.
